he established excellerate business school,-an innovative enterprise institution (iei) in agbara business district,ogun state which is pioneering robotics and automation training , fintech studies and computer software engineering
the business school was appointed by the state government as a training service provider ogun state economic transformationogunfor the project in conjunction with the ogun state skills fund currently training over 200 vulnerable residents in various skills such as leather work, garment making,gsm repairs, welding, electrical installation, industrial electronics and adult literacy
dr egbayelo has attended trainings and presented studies at the instance of several international organizations including the africa leadership forum (alf), friedrich nauman foundation,the german cordaid and the ford foundation.
he was a consultant on a positive leadership project by the ford foundation for nigeria and egypt under the auspices of the centre for social science research and development (cssr-d)
he attended the daily times journalism institute,surulere from 1999-2000 where he bagged a diploma in journalism and graduated as the overall best graduating student
he holds a bachelor of arts degree in english language and post graduate diploma in environmental resources management from the lagos state university ojo.
