MUHAMMAD FAROOQ HAIDER AZIZ

Mr. Farooq Haider is a dedicated Provincial Management Service (PMS) officer serving in the Government of Punjab, Pakistan.
Mr. Farooq Haider was born in 1976 in Chiniot District of Province Punjab, Pakistan. He got his early education from Chiniot and passed matriculation in 1990 and intermediate in 1992 from Faisalabad Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education. After this, he got enrollment in graduation and completed BA in 1994 from University of Punjab. He also obtained Masters Degree in English from Forman Christian College in 1996. Besides this, he also earned a degree of LLB from Bahauddin Zakaria University, Multan in 2007.

Heading towards the higher destinations, he managed to get allocation in Provincial Management Services (PMS) under the Govt. of Punjab, Pakistan in 2006.

With a strong background in public administration and governance, he has played a crucial role in implementing government policies, ensuring efficient public service delivery, and maintaining law and order. He rendered his meritorious services as District Monitoring Officer in World Bank funded project namely Punjab Education Sector Reform Programme in 2008-09 in District Faisalabad, Punjab, District Support Manager in foreign funded project namely Punjab Rural Support Programme in 2010-11 in Hafizabad Punjab, Secretary in District Regional Transport Authority in 2018-21 in District Sargodha, Punjab and Additional Commissioner Revenue in 2022-23 in Sargodha Division, Punjab.

Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in managing development projects, overseeing revenue administration, and fostering inter-departmental coordination.
