Dr. Fatima Zohra Chami is the Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Center (Centre de Développement de l’Entrepreneuriat) at the École Supérieure de Gestion et d’Économie Numérique (Higher School of Management and Digital Economy – ESGEN) in Tipaza, Algeria. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing, specializing in pharmaceutical marketing and pharmaceutical communication.

In her role at the CDE, Dr. Chami designs and leads programs that strengthen entrepreneurial skills among project holders seeking to create and develop small and medium-sized enterprises (PME). She coordinates training sessions, personalized coaching, and workshops centered on opportunity evaluation, business modeling, financial structuring, and strategic planning. Her mission focuses on guiding future PME founders toward building solid, viable, and sustainable ventures.

As a permanent lecturer at ESGEN, she teaches courses that connect marketing, digital communication, and strategic management. Her academic work explores economic intelligence, communication strategies, and organizational decision-making.

Driven by a strong commitment to supporting economic development in Algeria, Dr. Chami plays an essential role in assisting project initiators, fostering autonomy, innovation, and structured business planning within the institution
