as an entrepreneur, inventor and ceo, i have real world experience in the process of taking an idea, to an invention, then to ipo.

as a coach and facilitator, i help drive human capability, so organisations have the capacity in their people, to execute on their strategic vision and adapt and thrive when disruption is present.

as a technology inventor i have been lucky enough, to have been granted 15 patents, relating to media related technology inventions and i have a deep understanding of technology, software development and system architecture, specifically based in the media and arts industry, from content production, distribution and asset management.

i have 30 years experience in both tactical and strategic applications of applied innovation and have been certified as a chief innovation officer and innovation professional by the worlds leading body in relation to innovation gini (global innovation institute), and, as a specialist in the human capability standards.

on the tactical front, i have been involved as cto and cio, leading all phases of the production and delivery of breakthrough technologies to market. on the strategic front, my roles included helping boards and leadership, understand how macro-trends relate to the future of the organisation, aiding in de-risking future value.

finally as a musician, i have recorded and played with some of the biggest artists in the world, composed music for film and television, and developed new technologies that redefine the audio visual experience..
