Sandy Eulitt is a visionary healthtech entrepreneur, former software engineer, Sr. Data Architect and Technical Project Manager, and proud native of Fort Wayne, Indiana. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Sandy combines deep technical expertise, lived experience, and intimate knowledge of the healthcare system to solve one of the most pressing challenges of our time: how to deliver proactive, efficient, and affordable care to a rapidly aging and increasingly underserved population.

As Founder and CEO of Galacxia, Inc., Sandy leads the development and deployment of Life Backup Plan, a groundbreaking safety, health, wellness, and caregiving app that leverages smart technology to bridge critical gaps in healthcare, safety and emergency response for all demographics. The app is now live in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, offering a platform-independent, cost-effective solution for individuals, families, and care networks — without requiring expensive equipment or human monitoring teams.
Sandy's mission was sparked by personal experience. After witnessing her own mother nearly die due to a lapse in care — too weak to press a medical alert button and overlooked in an overburdened system — Sandy set out to build a better solution. With a sister who is a practicing MD in the South Bend area and the Chief Medical Officer of Galacxia, Sandy infused clinical insight and technical rigor into every feature of the app. Life Backup Plan is designed not just for the elderly, but also for women, people alone, parents checking on children, outdoor adventurers, college students, caregivers, and people home ill, recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.

The app conducts automatic check-ins, escalates responses without user input, and stores critical medical and legal document information securely. It also matches users with local assistance resources and logs lifestyle data to support AI-driven health insights, with future integration planned for smart devices, IoT systems, and public safety networks. The result is a digital guardian angel that operates 24/7, increases independence without sacrificing safety, and reduces the burden on healthcare systems.

With over 30 years of experience in software development, technical project management, and data architecture, Sandy has worked across private and public sectors, from tech startups to enterprise systems. Her lifelong love of astronomy, which inspired the name Galacxia, now fuels her determination to bring the Life Backup Plan to people across the country — and eventually, around the world.
At the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in Indianapolis, Sandy returns to her home state to build strategic relationships, attract mission-aligned investors, and lay the foundation for regional partnerships in Indiana and the greater Midwest. With personal ties to South Bend, Ft. Wayne, Muncie, Peoria, Lafayette, and Indianapolis, she is committed to building a strong, sustainable user and provider base in her native region — improving lives while generating scalable, tech-driven impact.
