Francisca Quissassa

Francisca Tximpi Quissassa is a Finance Technician, Marketing Manager, and Law student with strong experience in social entrepreneurship and project management. She currently serves as Treasurer of a youth association and coordinates Viva Surdo, an initiative focused on promoting the social and economic inclusion of the deaf community in Angola.

Throughout her professional and community engagement, Francisca has developed solid skills in financial planning, digital communication, stakeholder engagement, and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams. As a Marketing Manager, she has implemented strategies to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement, achieving significant outreach in both commercial and social impact projects. In her role as Treasurer, she has managed budgeting processes, financial reporting, and resource allocation with a high degree of accountability and transparency.

As a social entrepreneur, she leads programs that provide professional training interpreted into Angolan Sign Language, aiming to reduce unemployment and foster autonomy among young deaf individuals. Her participation in the UNICEF-affiliated incubation program “Desafio Genial” resulted in the selection of Viva Surdo as one of the top projects in the cohort, recognizing its innovative approach and measurable impact.

Combining technical expertise with a commitment to human rights and inclusive development, Francisca integrates knowledge from finance, law, and strategic communication to design and manage solutions that respond to real community needs. Her work reflects a dedication to building sustainable models that empower marginalized groups and contribute to long-term social transformation.
