Frédéric Andrianome Rakotovoavy

RAKOTOVOAVY Andrianome Frédéric is a green Entrepreneur and also President of the Association Actions Sans Frontières Madagascar – ASF since 1993. Its vision is to promote the emergence of green champions or green entrepreneurs and technologists capable to participate actively in the progress of humanity, in Africa and Madagascar. 

ASF campaigned to introduce entrepreneurial education into Madagascar's education system and to develop green entrepreneurial and technology culture in Madagascar and also in Africa. In 2024, ASF succeeded in providing its expertise in the development of the strategy for switching the Madagascar education system to entrepreneurial, technological, responsible and green education, with the support of the United Nations System. In this mandate, he develop entrepreneurship and innovative ability of 3 leaders of these 3 Ministries and elaborate a Transformative Educational Strategy for Madagascar. As implementation, ASF elaborate a project Young Dream 2063 to develop entrepreneurship, technological and green Community for Africa. This project was shared to African Countries Leaders. Actually, more than 20 countries are engaged to apply the Young dream 2063 idea. An African Civil Society Organization network was created during the COP 16 held in Riyad in Arabia Saoudia on dec 2024, 

ASF Madagascar is among the 37 organizations that joined the Global Entrepreneurship Week movement in the beginning in 2007.
