Prior to founding Fundmore Merchant Bank in 1999, I was President and CEO of Fundmore Corporation (Canada) Limited which I started 1968 in Zurich Switzerland where I spent two years working and training as Swiss Merchant Banker with several Swiss banks and financial institutions and earned the title of Private Placement Banker.

Fred formed Fundmore Corporation (Canada) Limited (Fundmore) in Ottawa 1971. Its head offices were located at 310 O'Connor Street Ottawa Ontario Canada. Fundmore specialized in merchant banking services, corporate finance, property development, mortgages, financial leasing, landbanking, property acquisition, brokerage and property management.
1976, Fundmore was the first Canadian company to gain a major contract in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We agreed to design finance and build a $37 million complex of 10 deluxe apartment buildings (350 units) in the city Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Sahara Towers continues to be a highly respected residential address in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.

Fred co-founded and managed CENCOR International S.A. from Athens Greece 1987-1996. CENCOR was a pioneering consortia composed of more than 1116 who is who international engineering, construction , procurement and project management companies, initially targeting mega infrastructure, power, transportation and logistical projects in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. CENCOR was involved in more than $42 billion in a variety of major projects in more than 40 countries.

Fred co-founded Fundmore International Capital Corporation (Holdings) Inc (FICC) and started its - Fundmore Merchant Bank - FMB, the first online (Dot Com) merchant bank in London 1998. FMB provides structured financing and financial engineering solutions in support of a large array of projects in Africa, Asia, Mid-East and Latin America.

Fred gained control of the properties of Templin Airport (a former 15 million sq m Soviet Military base) located 47 kilometers north east of Berlin, at Gross Dolen (East) Germany. 2004 I formed a Delaware corporation Templin Airport Corporation Inc (TAC) to develop Templin into the first - Third Airport Model- to provide world class cargo rail and road logistics centre to operate from the center of Europe (First Logistical Arc) near the city of Berlin to the edge of the continent Dubai (Dubai Logistic City) ending on an airport located near Bejing China. The project was put on hold awaiting final enactment of the revised aviation laws the EU and Germany. TAC was admitted on AIM of the London stock exchange and pulled out due delays related to Berlin's Brandenburg Airport that finally opened on October 31,2020 after nine years of delays resulting from faulty construction, design flaws, and corruption allegations. Personal tragedy forced Fred to close his offices in London and Berlin October 2008 to returned home to Ottawa Canada to be near his daughter who was diagnosed with breast cancer. During that time the saga of the financial disaster to hit more than 28,000 pensioners of Nortel was taking place. Fred was upset with the news of the destruction of a well known Canadian icon and deeply saddened with the misfortune of so many pensioners. Fred felt compelled to form Fundmore Alternative Finance to mobilize the Capital Power of small investors to challenge the greed of Wall Street and the ethically depraved financial institutions and their practices.
