Gabriella Trigueros

Gabriella Trigueros is a strategic communications leader with over 15 years of experience across marketing, public relations, business development, fundraising, and political strategy in the U.S. and Latin America. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Communications in Endeavor Miami and North America Region, where she leads high-impact campaigns that elevate brand visibility, forge strategic partnerships, and drive ecosystem engagement through multi-channel platforms.
A recognized expert in political communications, voter mobilization, and crisis management, Gabriella also serves as Senior Communications Consultant for the Latino Victory Fund. In this role, she has designed and executed national campaigns that mobilize Latino voters, crafted narratives for organizational leadership, and leveraged media and digital platforms to amplify civic engagement.
Gabriella leads the execution of the Americas Partnership Investor Network (APIN), a key initiative under the NSC that connects mission-driven investors with high-impact entrepreneurs across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Through her leadership, APIN has helped catalyze capital flows that support regional economic resilience, drive innovation, and strengthen U.S.-LATAM commercial ties. The initiative also serves as a strategic response to growing geopolitical competition, positioning the U.S. as a leading economic partner in the region. Gabriella oversees its strategy, stakeholder engagement, and communications to ensure long-term, sustainable impact.
Her expertise spans global governance, transparency, and democracy-building. As Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to John Wright, MP, and co-founder of Nuestro Tiempo, a political party in El Salvador, Gabriella played a critical role in shaping national political strategy, building coalitions, and advancing progressive legislative agendas focused on government accountability, youth engagement, and human rights. Her leadership in political campaigns and legislative work has made her a trusted advisor across Latin America's political and nonprofit sectors.
Gabriella is also the founder of Dare to Lead, LLC, where she advises organizations on crisis management, public affairs, and brand positioning. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and holds certifications in Political and Strategic Communication, Women’s Empowerment Communication, and Emotional Intelligence.
