A seasoned professional, with extensive experience in the VC ecosystem, working closely with VCs and startups. Gal's experience spans industries and disciplines across geographies.

Gal is leading Market Development in EMEA at M12 - Microsoft's Venture Fund.
Sourcing startups for strategic partnerships and driving acquisitions (M&A) by Microsoft. Leading an alliance of early-stage VCs in Europe and Israel and promoting meaningful business engagements between M12 portfolio companies and large enterprises.

Before joining Microsoft, Gal led strategic partnerships at Singtel Innov8 VC where she oversaw open innovation, business development and strategic partnerships in Israel and Europe, and managed the Go Ignite Alliance – an alliance of Telefonica, Deutsche Telekom, Orange and Singtel.

Prior to that, Gal was VP of Business Development at Cream Software and Co-Founder and CEO of Recardo, a fintech startup.

Gal is a certified lawyer and a member of the Israel Bar Association and worked at Goldfarb Seligman & Co. Law Offices as part of the commercial litigation and class action department.

Gal holds a B.A. in Business and an LL.B. in Laws from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, where she took part in the prestigious Zell Entrepreneurship Program.

Gal is a passionate scuba diving instructor, she lived a few years in Koh Tao, Thailand, and pursued her love for nature. Gal is also a technical diver, cave diver, and deep diver (+100M).
