Onyama holds a doctorate degree in business administration (DBA); he is a specialist in advanced industrial cluster development, organizational studies, competitive strategies, and sustainability. He also studied business law, economic law, and management. His other areas of interest include strategic studies, agribusiness (sustainability in food production and management); manufacturing & systems design engineering; computer science (applied data science, web development & programming); and emerging healthcare and drug development. He is a curious and dynamic learner who has been carrying out multidisciplinary research, and has completed more than twenty five (25) certifications and continuing professional development (CPD) programs involving top leading Universities and world-class top educational and professional accrediting bodies. He has been teaching business and management, project management, entrepreneurship, and a range of courses that transcends disciplinary boundaries. Equally, he has been carrying out consultancy services across a large and diverse number of organizations, institutions, and business entities. He has published articles and books on governance, entrepreneurship, management, and international business. One of his leading books will be published in mid-June 2021 in London and New York simultaneously. This book is titled “Profitability, Productivity, and Sustainability: Organizational Behavior and Strategic Alignment.” This  volume  presents  an  in-depth  study  of  how  the  drive  to  optimize organizational performance can be significantly improved, by investigating the causal relationships between profitability, productivity, and sustainability (PPS); through an assessment of a triple combined therapy that studies the interplay between Organizational DNA, Strategic Alignments for Value, and their implications for Sustainability. The book presents and innovative work grounded in new realities, addressing issues crucial to an understanding of the contemporary world. This is the world of organized societies, where boundaries between formal and informal, public and private, local and global organizations have been displaced or have vanished, along with other 19th-century dichotomies and oppositions. Similarly, at the level of inquiry; culture and technology, and literature and economics, for example, can no longer be conceived as isolated intellectual fields – most especially as conventional canons and established mainstreams are increasingly being contested.  He has two other books that are presently being contracted. These are: (1) “Leadership and Sustainable Economic Growth: States, Competitiveness, and Strategic Control;” and (2) “Productivity and Drivers of Sustainable Profitability: Entrepreneurial Startups and Established Firms.” He has been an active policy analyst during the first term of office of the Obama Administration, United States of America. Dr. Dennis N. Onyama is the President & CEO of the International Research Institute for Innovative Studies (I.R.I.I.S), USA. I.R.I.I.S is an international development research organization that explores the new frontiers of international research; by working towards closing the gaps that exists between education, strategic research and innovation, and the day-to-day real world challenges. In other words, it navigates the troubled waters between education, the new frontiers of research and innovation, and the day-to-day real world challenges that are critically vital to long term sustainability in value creation.
