Mrs. FANY MIGLANGE KENGNE Epse NDEH is a renowned Cameroonian entrepreneur, she holds an MBA in Global Impact Entrepreneurship from the Catholic University of Sacred Heart/E4Impact/ JFN CENTER, a certified chartered accountant from UK, strategy planning in risk managementand certified in Advancing Gender Equality and Woman in Africa, Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Training Programmed at (UNITAR, UNDP and CANADA GOVERNMENT). Alumni at the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) second cohort Cameroon a flagship program under the USA Embassy

With a passion for driving change and creating opportunities, Mrs. FANY is a prominent figure in the business landscape both locally and internationally.

Career and Achievements

Among her many achievements, Mrs. FANY serves as anAmbassador and Speaker at the World  Entrepreneurs Summit,she is the president of African Social Entrepreneurship Network (ASEN), a mentor and consultant to the Adolescent Girl’s Advisory Board (AGAB) association UNICEF Cameroon, she is an international business coach, she is the founding president of ROYAL GREEN WORLD, an NGO focused on environmental sustainability, community development and capacity building. Mrs. FANY is an international public speaker and trainer on Entrepreneurship, climate change and Capacity Building (Riyadh, Addis, Ababa, Dubai, Italy, UK, Germany, Indonesia, Sierra Leone and Cameroon).

Through her businesses and initiatives, Mrs. FANY is dedicated not only achieving personal success but also uplifting others and creating sustainable opportunities for future generation. She continues to work effortlessly to cultivate a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem, focused on innovation, empowerment, and social responsibility, thus the upcoming incubator ( GECTech) Green Empowerment Centre and Technology; in renewable energy, technology and sustainable entrepreneurship.

She was honored as the Best Female Entrepreneur at the Woman Entrepreneurship Awards, which recognized her exceptional leadership and innovative approach to business showcasing her impact in promoting technology in business. Additionally, she emerged as the first winner of the African Youth Entrepreneurs Business Ideas Competition showcasing her ability to cultivate groundbreaking ideas that resonate with young entrepreneurs. Recognized by the by E4Impact Foundation and Marico Italy, highlighting her efforts in fostering smart waste management andentrepreneurship in Africa. Her accolades extend to being awarded during the Kenya Week Innovation, where she was recognized for her innovative contributions.

She was awarded as the Second Runner-Up Business Idea (BIO GAS), for the best business ideas developed within the JFNITE4Impact MBA for impact entrepreneurs and also awarded as the Best Volunteer Initiative of National Organisations by the MINISTRY OF YOUTH AFFAIRS AND CIVIC EDUCATION.

As an international public speaker, Ms FANY has shared her expertise on entrepreneurship, climate change and capacity building in various global forums including: Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Italy, UK, Germany, Indonesia, Riyadh, Sierra Leone, and Cameroon. She also participated in the level up symposium as a panelist. The conference future keynote address by H.E Christopher Lamora, the U.S Ambassador of Cameroon.
