Beginning as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), McKevin built a successful career in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology with industry leaders including First National Bank, AMSCO-UNDP Programme, and Barloworld Logistics. During this time, he witnessed firsthand Africa's growing employment crisis—where annually 3-3.75 million graduates enter a job market with merely 300,000-450,000 suitable formal positions—and recognized that traditional employment alone could not solve this challenge.
