George Simongulashvili

I am part of the result-oriented international consultancy team of GEC Consulting that enables businesses and organizations to change and grow. I have over twenty years of executive management and consulting experience in strategy development, corporate performance improvement, financial and operations business process streamlining, business and financial modeling, analysis and management, cost optimizations and analysis, and organizational development. I also have successful experience in building and leading high-performance teams (up to 100 members) and experience in international networking, especially working with large international donor organizations, financial institutions, and professional associations. I have successfully run more than 45 different scale consulting and other projects. I am also a certified business coach working with entrepreneurs and their top-level teams. I am also involved in angel investments in tech startups and investing in early-stage startups. I am also actively involved in building the early-stage business investment ecosystem. I have also trained and taught for about twenty years at leading Georgian and international organizations and universities, such as Georgia State University, Grenoble Graduate School of Business, CSB, and IBSU. I am fluent in English and Russian native Georgian.
