Aims and Objectives: Our main aim and objective is to involve the youth in making jute products and create self-employment through entrepreneurship.

Activities:
1. To create entrepreneurs by involving the youth in making jute products.

2. To sensitize the youth about the fourth industrial revolution and self-sustainability.

3.  In order to set the wheels of the economy in motion, the jute products of Bangladesh, the land of golden fiber, will regain its lost heritage and provide training to the youth on jute industry.

4. Entrepreneurship development training courses, sewing machine training for unemployed young women and sewing machine programs among entrepreneurs with disabilities.

Current activities of the organization:
1) To provide training to young women with the aim of developing entrepreneurship in versatile jute industry.
(2) Youth and young women idea generation workshop on domestic and international market demand for jute products.
(3) Organization of awareness workshops/motivational workshops to promote, promote and increase consumption of jute products.
(4)Provide innovative technology and support to private entrepreneurs in setting up jute industry in production of high value added jute products.
(5) Providing assistance to entrepreneurs in obtaining raw materials at easy and cheap prices.
(6) Assistance in creating linkages for obtaining loans to entrepreneurs.

Major achievements so far:

1. Skilled human resource of job seeking youth To provide training programs in the initiative of youth symbols with the aim of becoming.
2. 21 days training is provided to unemployed youth in various trades based on local demand. Training Courses Conducted Under This Course: Jute Manufacturing, Confectionery, Medicinal Plant Cultivation, Nursery.
3. Entrepreneurship development training course, sewing machine training for unemployed young women and sewing machine program among 50 disabled persons under the initiative of Tarunner  Pratik.
4. Relief goods distribution program among more than 500 hundred families of young entrepreneurs and middle class during the Corona period.
