My expertise spans creating and managing comprehensive entrepreneurship programs, mentoring, and strategic collaboration within diverse business communities.

As a seasoned Program Manager and Consultant, I have led initiatives that prepare entrepreneurs to launch and scale their businesses internationally. My roles at Grupo Guayacán and Aprende Institute highlight my ability to design educational programs that effectively meet the needs of budding entrepreneurs while fostering an environment ripe for innovation and growth. My approach integrates hands-on mentorship with a strong emphasis on sustainable business practices and digital transformation. I have successfully guided over 100 startups from ideation to realization, leveraging tools such as Lean Startup methodologies and Design Thinking to ensure market readiness and resilience.

As a Business Development Mentor at Start-Up Chile, my role allowed me to guide young businesses toward substantial growth and market entry. Additionally, I have organized numerous bootcamps for Techstars Startup Weekend in Chile, raising significant funds to ensure these educational events are accessible to a diverse audience, thus fostering an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
