Passionate about driving innovation and fostering entrepreneurship, I am a dedicated educator and researcher committed to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in today's dynamic business landscape.

With a background in Finance and Entrepreneurship, I have gained valuable insights through my academic journey as a PhD candidate at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and as an Assistant Professor at Amity University Punjab. My research focuses on the relationship between Technology Business Incubators and Incubatees, aiming to identify effective strategies for startup growth and sustainability.

As the Member-Convener of the Startups and Entrepreneurship Development Cell at Amity University Punjab, I actively engage with industry stakeholders to promote entrepreneurship education and innovation. I believe in the power of collaboration and community-building, which led me to establish the Entrepreneurship India: Research, Teaching & Practice WhatsApp group, connecting entrepreneurs, educators, and researchers across the nation.

I am passionate about creating impactful learning experiences, whether through interactive workshops, expert-led webinars, or engaging discussions on entrepreneurship and innovation. My goal is to inspire the next generation of business leaders by sharing knowledge, insights, and practical tools that drive success.
