Personal statement: A Ugandan patriot experienced in and committed to promoting applied
education and socio-economic development for over three decades. A successful, happy, positive
about life, zealous, self-driven and dynamic social entrepreneur of proven high integrity
committed to pay it forward. At micro level a passionate ideological philanthropist especially for
the youth and women at the base of the pyramid with a specific target of transforming humanity.
Self-distinguished in corporate governance as a diligent leader, critical thinker and practical
innovator. Remarkably talented to organise, revitalise and propel institutions to deliver to purpose
and in time. Endowed with an intrinsic drive to deliver on commitments in record time with
precision. A proficient communicator and writer with expertise in building strategic and
empowerment alliances with diverse communities regardless of background, status or orientation
but with unity of purpose. A quick learner, local, regional and global networker, team player in
multi-disciplinary and multi-sectoral collaboration, capacity building practitioner that can multitask
with ease and purpose. To those that much has been given much more is expected; I am
committed to making a positive tangible contribution to the development of my country in my life
time.
LIFETIME COMMITMENT: Equip 1,000,000 Youth Agripreneur Champions (YACs) with an
agribusiness that serves as a business, model, mentor and inspiration by the year 2030.
