Glenn Grossman

Glenn Grossman is a professor of finance and entrepreneurship at Grace College. Mr. Grossman teaches finance courses in money & banking, investments, entrepreneurial finance, personal finance, financial modeling, business plan development, design & innovation, and small business.
In addition to Mr. Grossman’s teaching responsibilities, he serves as the Director of the Gordon Institute for Enterprise Development at Grace College where he contributes to the success of local businesses through Grace’s business outreach programs. Mr. Grossman is a board member of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce and a senior leader for a new regional business incubator for Northern Indiana.
Mr. Grossman’s research focus areas include electronic payments with multiple publications, speaking engagements, and consulting engagements related to interchange and the financial impact of proposed and past regulatory changes to the credit and debit card payment system. Additional research areas include profitability analysis within retail banking, deposit pricing strategies, and personal finance topics.
Prior to Mr. Grossman’s entry into higher education, he worked for a variety of financial institutions and fintechs. His work at Bank of America lead to the introduction of new payment and financial health products where he was the author and co-author of over 40 patent applications with eight approved patents in financial services. Mr. Grossman was also the Director of Research for Cornerstone Advisors, a consultancy to mid-sized banks, unions and fintech providers authoring a dozen reports and whitepapers during his tenure.
Before joining Cornerstone, Mr. Grossman was a principal consultant and senior thought leader with FICO, a leading analytics software company focused on deposit pricing capabilities for North American banks. Mr. Grossman’s experience also includes a senior product leadership role for a start-up fintech payments firm where he oversaw the onboarding of over 3 thousand merchants to accept multiple electronic payment methods. His experience also includes an 8-year run with Ticketmaster where he was the product and technology leader for one of their product lines with extensive experience in payments and POS technology. Mr. Grossman began his career as an economist the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Glenn Grossman’s education includes a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Education from The College of William & Mary. He completed his MBA at Arizona State University with a specialization in technology and entrepreneurship. His doctorate will be in finance from Anderson University (IN) with expected completion in 2026. He also earned a certificate in banking from the NC School of Banking.
