Dr. Glorimar Santini-Hernández

GLORIMAR SANTINI HERNÁNDEZ is Institutional Director of Entrepreneurship and Project Director of the PPOHA Project-Grant AWARD #P031M190042 of EDP University. Dr. Santini is a specialist in andragogy, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Since 2013, she has engaged in a diversity of roles within the framework of Higher Education. Currently, Santini advises and manages special projects for the institution’s Auxiliary Enterprises Division.
Since 2014, Santini has liaised with entrepreneurial initiatives such as Echar Pa' Lante, Center for Entrepreneurs, and Hecho en Puerto Rico. Among her many qualifications, Santini holds two certifications from Babson College, is a fellow of Babson Entrepreneurship in Education, and is certified by Crestcom International in its Bullet Proof Manager and Leadership programs. In 2020, she designed the Institutional Entrepreneurship Certification for the Entrepreneurial University required for the faculty. Santini is the creator of the Feedback Lab©, inaugurated in November 2021 as a space for feedback from entrepreneurs inside and outside the academic field, and the Institutional Magazine Community and Diversity. During 2022, she conceptualized, directed and managed the project Galería Innovatech, which is currently EDP University’s Virtual Student Center.
Between 2021 and 2023, Santini led Echar Pa'Lante’s special project for the Puerto Rico Department of Education. For that project, she worked on a curricular alignment for 10 disciplines and all levels within K-12 and developed the “Alignment Matrix of Entrepreneurship Competencies for Education” (ACEM) for the published Manual of Entrepreneurship Competencies for Education. In February 2022, she published the title "Pedagogy and Andragogy, A Shared Approach to Education in Entrepreneurship for Students in Higher Education" in the book Theorising Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Education with Palgrave McMillan. In addition, In November 2022, she completed the development of the recently published Study Guide for the Documentary “San Juan, beyond the walls”.
Current projects include participation in the upcoming 2024 GEC+ Academy workshop, a special project for the development of recommendations for the care of the bedridden patient manual and the development of an instrument for research on creative thinking. Santini, an avid collaborator in entrepreneurship events has been a speaker, panelist and moderator such as the 2024 SEAANZ Hybrid Symposium in Melbourne, AU, holds degrees from Haverford College, the University of Puerto Rico, and Nova Southeastern University.
