With 25+ years of experience in business strategy, organizational transformation, and digital business analytics, I have led 100+ engagements across industries and geographies for private and public-sector clients. As a Managing Partner at GEC – Business Growth Services, I have driven the company's expansion into Central Asia and built long-standing collaborations with the EBRD, USAID, UNDP, and ADB. Our model is hands-on by design — we embed with leadership teams to streamline business processes, improve organizational performance, and execute digital transformation end to end.

I'm equally active in the startup and angel investing ecosystem. As a Board Member and Angel Investor at Axel – Business Angel Investors Network, I manage a portfolio of 23 tech startups, lead syndicated investments, run due diligence, and coach founders through growth-stage challenges. I also serve on the Board of the European Business Angels Network (EBAN), contributing to strategic development at the continental level.

As a certified professional business coach (IBCU), I bring analytical rigor and a builder's mindset to every engagement — whether it's a boardroom, a startup pitch, or a full-scale organizational overhaul. Earlier in my career, I co-founded Caucasus University and served as Deputy CEO for a decade, scaling it from zero into a profitable institution with 70 international university partnerships. That experience shaped how I think about building organizations — not in theory, but brick by brick.

I hold an executive and Ph.D.-level education in Finance, Economics, and Management.
