Desnetha Croker

Desnetha is a Behavioral Science professional, entrepreneur, business consultant, and community leader whose career reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals, strengthening organizations, and fostering sustainable growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology from the University of the Southern Caribbean and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration specializing in Behavioral Skills and Management.

With experience spanning behavioral health, early childhood development, administration, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership, Desnetha has built a reputation for combining people-centered leadership with practical business solutions. Her professional journey includes serving as a Behavioral Consultant, Early Childhood Development Facilitator and Assessor, and founder of DAC's Behavioral Consultancy and Counselling Services, where she supports individuals, families, and organizations through evidence-based interventions and developmental programs.

As an entrepreneur, she is the Founder and CEO of Home Base Craft and Nutritious Enterprise, a business she has successfully managed since 2018. Her dedication to business development and community empowerment has also been evident through her years of service within the Together We Win Business Network, where she served as Administrative Assistant and most recently as Vice President of Membership. In these roles, she led initiatives focused on membership growth, engagement, retention, and strategic organizational development.

Desnetha's leadership extends beyond the business community. She serves as a Youth Leader within her church and has held various leadership positions in civic and student organizations, consistently demonstrating a passion for mentorship, service, and community transformation.
