Zandile is a certified STArfrica Germany -Africa startup consultant .She has been a in various industries such financial education and training , manufacturing , telecoms and retail. She is all about ecosystem building and creating lasting connections that support entrepreneurs especially in artisan trades .She started The Admin Partner as way to bridge the gap for solopreneurs to reach their potential by outsourcing their back office and business development functions .

Her work in the manufacturing sector with her family business gave her the opportunity to experience operational processes , quality management systems , exports and international trade .The business has factory premises in Robertville which is where all the magic happens .

Artisan space was borne out of an opportunity to partner with her family business to offer flexi spaces for tradesman to use as a business address and storage for their tools . At the same time the partnership allows joint ventures to bloom where there is a need to partner with an established business that is ISO 9001 :2015 certified and has an opportunity to access supplier networks making projects easier to undertake .Using the same platform she has been successful in supporting access control technicians , plumbers and builders to execute maintenance and facilities projects .The biggest one so far was for access control with Calgro and Motheo construction on a housing development in the South Hills.

When Zandile is not working with entrepreneurs she is travelling , or spending time in nature or expanding her knowledge .
