Kevin Jessup is the founder of The Cluster, an award-winning co-working space built on the belief that where you work has a direct impact on how you feel, how you perform, and how your business grows. With over 20 years’ experience supporting creative businesses, Kevin has developed a broad and practical skill set spanning facilities management, events, internal communications, travel coordination, and client experience, alongside a reputation for being someone who makes things happen efficiently, calmly, and with a strong attention to detail. He spent more than nine years as an Office Manager and PA at a design and communications agency in Oxford, where his role went far beyond traditional administrative support; he played a key part in shaping the day-to-day environment of the business, ensuring that both staff and clients felt supported, valued, and able to do their best work in a fast-paced and often high-pressure creative setting. This experience helped form his core approach to business - working with people rather than simply for them, understanding individual needs, and aligning everything he does with values of honesty, fairness, and a sense of fun.

Kevin founded The Cluster after recognising that many co-working spaces focused heavily on aesthetics or scale but often overlooked the importance of genuine community, thoughtful design, and the overall experience of the people using the space. Drawing on his background, he set out to create something different: a co-working environment that balances professionalism with personality, where members feel comfortable, connected, and supported without any sense of forced networking or corporate formality. Under his leadership, The Cluster has grown into a thriving hub for freelancers, startups, and established businesses alike, offering not just desks and offices, but a place where conversations happen naturally, ideas are shared, and collaborations develop organically. Kevin remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the space, bringing his characteristic energy, approachability, and attention to detail to everything from member experience to events and new initiatives.
