Md. Zahid Hossain
Md. Zahid Hossain is a multidimensional professional with a rich academic and technical background, blending literature, technology, and global development. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from Bangladesh National University and advanced training in Software Engineering from IsDB-BISEW (IT Scholarship), alongside recognition as an Oracle Certified Professional.
Zahid has authored multiple books published on Amazon, tackling timely topics such as digital money, smart cities, AI policy, sustainability, and institutional transformation. His writing reflects a systems-level perspective on governance, public good, and the future of technology.
Zahid is a Peer Reviewer for the NIHR (UK) and the U.S. Department of Justice, and a Scientific Journal Reviewer for the International Journal of Research and Innovation in Social Science. He has served as a Judge for Solve MIT’s Global Challenge and Princeton Research Day (2023–2025), championing interdisciplinary research and innovative thinking.
His mentorship spans programs by the American Society for Microbiology, the Royal Academy of Engineering (UK), and the Singapore International Foundation. He also serves as an Ambassador for CENTA, Energy UK, Mindset Mastery 360, and the International School of Leadership and Diplomacy—actively fostering leadership and equity across borders.
Md Zahid Hossain is a member of several international organizations including the International Academy of Nutrition Educators, American Society for Microbiology (ASM), NNEdPro Global Institute, Digital Euro Association, Development Studies Association and Amnesty International. He is also a Fellow of the Environmental Carbon Offset Alliance and Ambassador of various educational and leadership platforms such as Centre for Teacher Accreditation (CENTA®) Private Limited(India), Young Energy Professional Forum (Energy UK), Mindset Mastery 360(USA), and the International School of Leadership and Diplomacy(USA).
Zahid is also an active international speaker, having delivered talks at events hosted by the University of Toronto, Google Developer Group, and the United Nations Science Summit. His interdisciplinary insights bridge technology, education, governance, and sustainability.
