Hummaira Qudsia Yousaf

Dr. Hummaira Qudsia Yousaf is recognized for her exemplary contributions to research and teaching, with over 12 years at Superior University engaging students across undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels. She holds the position of Director at the Entrepreneurial Teaching and Training Program (ETTP) & ID 92 (Incubation Center), where she has been pivotal in promoting entrepreneurship among faculty and students. Under her leadership, ETTP has successfully launched 180 startups, creating and commercializing products that have generated 1840 jobs.

In addition to her roles within Superior University, Dr. Hummaira has served as the Team Lead for SEE Pakistan, and as a judge in notable entrepreneurial competitions such as the Startup Hurdle and the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) Pakistan Chapter. These roles have further established her as a leader in fostering entrepreneurial spirit and capability within Pakistan.

Dr. Hummaira's academic prowess is complemented by her international educational experiences, including a prestigious fellowship from the US Pakistani Secondary Educators/Administrators Program to support equity, access, and learning disability in secondary schools in Pakistan, facilitated by Oakland University, USA. She has also engaged globally, attending the "Global Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators" at Babson College and completing a course on “Innovation and Growth Post-Crisis” through Babson’s Executive Education.

A certified Design Thinking expert from RITx, Dr. Hummaira has applied her diverse skills to develop specialized curricula for seven different departments at Superior University, tailoring educational content to meet specific departmental needs. Her doctoral research, funded by an HEC indigenous scholarship, focused on "Exploring Value Co-Creation at Micro Level in Maternal Healthcare Settings" in Lahore, demonstrating her depth in combining academic research with practical applications. She is a profound researcher in entrepreneurship education, organization behavior, and human resource management. She has supervised 15 MPhil and 5 PhD students.
