Hummaira Qudsia Yousaf

dr. hummaira qudsia yousaf is an epitome of research and teaching excellence. she has been engaged in teaching with superior university for undergraduate, graduate and executive education for the past 12+ years. she is also the assistant director of the entrepreneurship teaching and training program (ettp), a dedicated unit within superior university that inspires change through teach, learn and practice entrepreneurship among faculty and staff. she has built a network of national universities and colleges to increase their capabilities and capacity in entrepreneurship education. through ettp, 120 startups have been created and commercialized and have produced 1240 jobs so far. she has designed ‘build the youth’ program to further develop students on entrepreneurship mindset in action. dr. hummaira has directly trained over 250 faculty and 2000+ students all over pakistan in entrepreneurship education.
dr. hummaira secured prestigious us fellowship program for pakistani secondary educators/administrators program to support equity, access and learning disability in secondary schools in pakistan (epsea) 2022-2023 executed by oakland university, usa. she is currently working with dr. kwame sakyi, associate professor at oakland university on a research project to improve the learning through classroom action research.
dr. hummaira participated in "global symposium for entrepreneurship educators" from babson college. she also got a scholarship from executive education babson university, usa and completed the short course of “innovation and growth post crisis”. she is also certified on design thinking by ritx. she has leveraged her experience and trainings to design dedicated curriculum for each of 7 different departments at superior university based on their requirements and expertise.

hummaira’s international perspective gives her a deep appreciation of diversity in all its forms. she is committed to building an inclusive workforce that reflects the students and organizations ettp serves, evidenced by nearly 3 years acting as ad ettp. dr. hummaira did her phd in business administration on hec indigenous scholarship and her title of dissertation was “exploring value co-creation at micro level in maternal healthcare setting: a case of tertiary hospitals lahore, pakistan”. she is profound researcher in entrepreneurship education,
