Emmanuel Ikediashi

Emmanuel E Ikediashi boasts an impressive track record of strategic leadership and collaborative personality over the past seven years. He is the founder of The Business Ideation School (TBIS) Nigeria. As Senior Strategic Partner at Ecostec Consulting Limited, he secured partnerships with two international organizations in the USA and Dubai in 2023. In addition to that, Emmanuel is also the Founder of Campus Leaders Africa (CLA), a social sector development organization with members across five African countries including Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, and Nigeria.
Emmanuel has his first degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun state (2022), a diploma in information technology from scholars international institute of technology, Delaware,USA (2023), certificate of human resources management (Mini-MBA) from Eudoracity Business School,Lagos. (2022), Certificate in project management from HiiT , Lagos, Nigeria.

Emmanuel is an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Managers and Administrators in Nigeria (AAISM), in conjunction with the Africa Institute of Strategic Managers (AISM)(2023). He has been recognized as a Fellow of Ceders for Human Welfare Initiative (CEHUWEI) in 2022, and also doubles as the pioneer president of the same. Additionally, he is certified by Young African Leaders Initiative(YALI) Network, He is also a graduate of the civic leadership category of the YALI Regional Leadership Cohort 14 held in Accra, Ghana(2020), and recently joined the Institute of Certified Business Consultants(ICBC), Nigeria.
Emmanuel’s impressive accomplishments extend beyond academia. Moreover, he has hosted more than five conferences including Vision Board Party –a networking event held in Ibadan, Oyo State Nigeria September 2022 and November 2023-, Slate & Crystals-Ikeja March 2022-, Global Leadership Summit-OOU Ibogun campus-(2022), Ibogun Student Summit-(Ibogun- 2019) ,Driven by Difference Leadership Conference -(Ibogun &Ibadan-2019).
His passion lies within using his leadership abilities alongside critical thinking skills to educate people on how they can selflessly engage their potential towards achieving productive results. Furthermore, Emmanuel enjoys singing, meetings new people while organizing events or trying out novel initiatives that come his way. His mantra is raising business magnates across all sectors, every lives must be transformed.
