Ouardia LAOUDJ

Ouardia LAOUDJ is a Professor of Management Sciences at the School of Higher Commercial Studies (EHEC Algiers), with more than 25 years of experience in higher education. A specialist in commercial sciences, she has taught numerous courses in management, marketing, and international trade, while maintaining an active academic research agenda and supervising master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, and innovative entrepreneurial projects.

She holds a PhD in Commercial Sciences from HEC Algiers (2012), where her doctoral research focused on marketing practices in the Algerian arts and crafts sector. She also holds a bachelor's degree in International Trade (1992).

Since 2015, she has held several key institutional positions, including:

Head of the International Affairs Department (2015–2017)

Director of Studies, Graduation, and Continuing Education (2018–2021)

Head of the EHEC Incubator (since 2022)

Her pedagogical activities include supervising master’s and doctoral research, as well as providing specialized training in business plan development for startups and project holders.

In the field of research, she is affiliated with the PERMANAN Laboratory (Management, Performance and Innovation), where she is part of a research team focusing on value chain management within innovative economic ecosystems. She is also a member of the PRFU project on support policies for Algerian companies engaged in international joint ventures, and an external researcher with CREAD, contributing to a project on the digital transformation of startups in the tourism sector in Algeria.

She is actively involved in several national and international initiatives, including:
