Specialist in agronomy, plant protection, biological resource valorization, and agricultural biotechnologies.         Director of the Blida 1 University Incubator.

15 years of experience at the Directorate of Agricultural Services, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MADR), with strong expertise in the agricultural sector, field program management, and issues related to innovation in agriculture.

Leader for many research projects focused on:

the valorization of agricultural waste,

the production of bio-based products for agricultural use,

plant protection through the exploitation of microbial molecules,

the biological treatment of wastewater,

innovative approaches in sustainable agriculture.

Since 2022, i ́am providing entrepreneurship coaching to project holders, particularly in the fields of green technologies, bio-innovation, circular economy, and agriculture-oriented startups. Her role is to support students and researchers in structuring, developing, and transforming their ideas into real  business
