RENATA DA COSTA TEIXEIRA

My name is Renata, and I am the founder of Foodie Real Fresh. Originally from Brazil, I have been living in Canada for over eight years. My journey in the food industry started in a very personal way — by cooking healthy, flavorful meals for friends and neighbors. I quickly realized there was a real demand, especially within the Brazilian community, for fresh, authentic, and convenient meal options.

I have a background in Business from Brazil and I am currently completing my Culinary Management studies at George Brown College in Toronto. What started as a small operation grew into a full business during the COVID-19 pandemic, when more people needed access to nutritious, ready-to-eat meals. Today, Foodie Real Fresh runs from a commercial kitchen and offers a rotating menu designed to meet various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and nut-free options.

My passion is delivering authentic, high-quality meals while building strong relationships with my customers. As I continue to grow Foodie Real Fresh, my goal is to expand beyond the Brazilian community and introduce even more Canadians to the delicious flavors and health benefits of our cuisine.
