Moses Beyeeman

Moses Beyeeman is Chairman and CEO of Integrated Music Company Limited, a music production entity in Ghana. His professional career took off when he chose to undergo an experiential learning in music with the Pan African Orchestra after his National Service; upon completing his sixth form education in 1998. He plays the Atenteben (Bamboo) Flute among other percussion instruments. His inspiration largely hinges on the Pan African Orchestra’s project, conducted by the late Nana Danso Abiam which was initiated in 1988 to research primarily into the performance, composition and orchestration of African Music; Also researched into the construction of African musical instruments with the aim to improving the acoustics of these instruments. With vision, faith and determination, Moses Beyeeman along with some colleagues, registered Integrated Music Company Limited in 2008 to enable and support the creation of musical products such as instruments, records, videos, concerts and published musical works for the exploitation of the copyrights embodied in these products. Currently, Integrated Music Company Limited has two bands on its roster; Integrated Roots Band, of which Moses Beyeeman is the Front Man and Tsooboi Ensemble. A new era evolves a new breed of Executive; versatile, adaptable and endlessly energetic; Possessing the foresight to envision how Indigenous and Pop Culture might look like in the coming years and how to use it to create. In June 2015, Moses Beyeeman was privileged to have been invited by the National Theater of Korea to participate in CPI’s residency program for young and promising cultural music experts and leaders from foreign countries for Traditional Music Training and Exchange Program. Cultural Partnership Initiative is an International program to promote cultural exchanges with other countries. A special project of South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) to create a regular venue for cultural interchange among peers and specialists in the fields of Culture, Arts, Industry, Tourism and Physical Education from Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa. During his five (5)-month stay in Korea, he did not only study the Korean Language at the Institute of International Education at Kyung Hee University, but also learned to play traditional Korean instruments at the National Theater of Korea. He chose to study the Piri, a Korean Traditional wind instrument. This was a chance to gain a deeper understanding of diverse cultures and a broader worldview. Ideas are everything; And Integrated Music Company Limited as an independent company; will make sure great ideas live on to become ultimate hits throughout this musical journey! Moses Beyeeman subscribes to Positivism. Therefore, he admits into his mind, thoughts, words, and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success, from which he expects good and favorable results from every situation and action. Being positive minded, he always anticipates happiness, joy, and success even when the task, obstacles and setbacks at hand is challenging and requires persistence to overcome. This is the kind of attitude he brings to the table. Braving all odds to set up Integrated Music Company Limited, a traditional music label is his major achievement. With an open mind and positive attitude, one can truly improve one’s skills to make a huge difference. Since it is not always clear how much control we really have, it is often better to err on the side of positivism, assume the best and act on the belief that success is achievable.
