Mohammad Asif Iqbal is the co-founder and CEO of Grit Technologies Limited, a pioneering clean energy technology company specializing in end-to-end renewable energy solutions for industrial, commercial, and agricultural sectors. With a background in electrical engineering, Asif has dedicated his career to revolutionizing renewable energy integration, enabling smarter decision-making and optimized energy usage within the national grid.

Complementing his technical expertise with an MBA, Asif has been instrumental in strategically scaling Grit Technologies into an emerging leader in the renewable energy sector. As a visionary entrepreneur, he continuously explores innovative ways to enhance energy efficiency and minimize environmental impact.

A testament to his ingenuity, Asif developed a cost-effective universal data logger for real-time energy data capture, transforming how energy is recorded and analyzed. This breakthrough innovation has led to more efficient and sustainable energy management solutions. His contributions earned Grit Technologies the “Startup of the Year” award from Bangladesh’s ICT Ministry, while his work has been recognized by the International Solar Alliance. He was also among the top ten founders in the India-Bangladesh Startup Exchange Program, recognized for making a significant impact as an entrepreneur.

He founded Unive, an accelerated skill development and placement platform for sophisticated industries such as the semiconductor sector.
