Extensive experience in reforms and capacity building of stakeholders in EU policies and instruments: PCA, TACIS, ENP, EaP, AA, DCFTA, including EU institution building instruments TWINNING, TAIEX, SIGMA; Extensive knowledge of IPA and related programmes;

Extensive professional experience of management and implementation of EU Regional, Inter-State programmes, covering Trans-Border Cooperation / Cross-Border Cooperation programmes, TRACECA and INOGATE, EC framework contracts (FWC).

Strong experience of elaboration of regional policies, identification and formulation of programmes, drafting technical proposals, project fiches and Terms of References;
