Israr Hussain

Israr Hussain Tunio is a Pakistani social entrepreneur, youth leader, and founder of The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (TIME) — a social enterprise dedicated to empowering youth and marginalized communities through entrepreneurship, IT, and green skills. Under his leadership, TIME has trained hundreds of learners across Sindh, established the Rural Tech Centre in Tandojam, and gained international acclaim for its impact-driven programs.
He also leads TIME Techz under The Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship LLC, a digital marketing and e-commerce firm offering global services.
Israr has represented Pakistan at multiple high-level global platforms. He served as a delegate at the UN Climate Change Conference of Youth (COY19) in Baku, Azerbaijan, and participated in COP29, COP16, the UN SDG Summit Weekend, and the STI Summit at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. His organization, TIME, received the Global Social Innovation Impact Award 2024 from the University of San Diego.
TIME was selected as the Regional Spotlight for Asia under the Youth Ecopreneur Programme of the International Trade Centre (ITC) — a joint agency of the United Nations (UN) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) — recognizing TIME’s commitment to youth-led entrepreneurship, green innovation, and inclusive economic growth.
Israr was selected for the prestigious Nasser International Youth Fellowship under the leadership of H.E. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of the Arab Republic of Egypt, organized by the Egyptian Ministry of Youth and Sports. The fellowship brings together global young leaders to strengthen South-South cooperation and leadership for sustainable development.
In addition, he has worked with the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ILO ITC) and participated in several notable international engagements, including Youth for Environmental Sustainability: Our Future, Our Care in Melaka, Malaysia, and the World Conservation Congress in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Israr is also the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Hyderabad TIME, where he has led impactful community development initiatives and received multiple awards for outstanding leadership and service on the Rotary platform.
Passionate about youth empowerment, innovation, and sustainability, Israr continues to bridge opportunities between education, technology, and entrepreneurship, fostering social impact across Pakistan and beyond.
