Jameilla Robinson-Frazier

Jameilla Jenell Robinson-Frazier, MBA, is an executive leader, entrepreneur, international keynote speaker, business strategist, researcher, mentor, and advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship and economic development.

As Founder & Executive Director of The S.A.F.E. Institute for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development, she is committed to strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems, expanding economic opportunity, and advancing research-informed approaches to entrepreneurship education, business development, and sustainable economic growth. Her work focuses on connecting entrepreneurs, educational institutions, policymakers, and community stakeholders to build the infrastructure, partnerships, and resources necessary for thriving entrepreneurial communities.

Jameilla is the developer of the S.A.F.E. Framework™ (Stabilization, Access, Foundations, and Empowerment), an original, research-informed approach to entrepreneurship-led community and economic development. Her research examining the conditions, support systems, and institutional relationships that influence entrepreneurial success underwent peer review and was presented at the 2026 United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) Conference.

The framework emphasizes a coordinated approach to entrepreneurial development, recognizing that sustainable business ownership requires more than technical training or access to capital. It explores how stabilization, equitable access to resources, foundational business development, and long-term empowerment can work together to strengthen entrepreneurs, improve support systems, and advance community economic mobility. This work informs her broader interest in ecosystem design, entrepreneurship education, program evaluation, inclusive economic development, and evidence-based policy.

Jameilla also serves as President & CEO of JROIER Executive Leadership Group™, where she specializes in executive leadership development, organizational strategy, entrepreneurial capacity building, and business transformation. With more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, she brings practical insight into the challenges and opportunities associated with starting, managing, and scaling businesses.

Her professional contributions include mentoring emerging founders through the Center for Black Entrepreneurship, an initiative of Spelman College, Morehouse College, and the Black Economic Alliance Foundation, as well as coaching through Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City.

Holding a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Urban Policy and Management, Jameilla brings an interdisciplinary perspective integrating entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, public policy, applied research, and community economic advancement.

As an international speaker and thought leader, she explores the intersection of entrepreneurial ecosystem development, entrepreneurship education, social entrepreneurship, public policy, research-informed strategy, and sustainable business growth. Her presentations challenge audiences to move beyond individual entrepreneurial success and examine the systems, relationships, policies, and institutional structures necessary to create lasting economic impact.

Through research, thought leadership, strategic collaboration, mentorship, and public speaking, Jameilla is committed to advancing entrepreneurial ecosystems that are more accessible, coordinated, responsive, and sustainable.

Her guiding philosophy reflects a commitment to Transforming Minds, Lives, and Businesses.™
