Javette O. Nixon - Entrepreneur | Author | Investor | Marketing Strategist | Public Thinker

Javette Nixon is a Jamaican entrepreneur, investor, and marketing strategist with a reputation
for building transformative brands and developing market entry solutions for emerging
companies, nonprofit causes, and growth-stage ventures across the globe. He is the Founder,
Chairman, and CEO of Seaforth Holding Limited, Esther Ventures Limited, and Point
Global Marketing Limited (POINT)—a leading Caribbean consulting and brand strategy
firm. He also serves on the board of directors of Vein Centers of Jamaica.

Javette has cultivated a career at the intersection of innovation, enterprise, and advocacy. He
launched his first company at just 23, pioneering Jamaican e-commerce platforms such as
Yaadsale.com and AllThingsJamaican.com. He has held roles at MCIS Advance, Edgechem
Jamaica Limited, and Capital & Credit Merchant Bank, and has made early-stage investments
in companies including True Shade Cosmetics and Zoombridge Solutions.

A committed builder of ecosystems, Javette was the Season One winner of NCB Capital
Quest, a 2016 Young Leader of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellow, and an alumnus of
the Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship. He holds a BSc in Political Science and
Economics from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and an MSc in International
Marketing from Hult International Business School (Boston). He also studied at the
University of London and participated in the Technology Innovation Centre incubator at the
University of Technology, Jamaica.

Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Javette is a published author and public intellectual.
His first book, From The Margin, explores the voices and perspectives often left out of
dominant narratives. He is currently completing his second work, Weaving of Kente, a
visionary meditation on complexity, transformation, and the Afro-Caribbean experience in
the age of artificial intelligence and global uncertainty.

Javette is passionate about systems change, youth development, and regional economic
empowerment. His ongoing work bridges business and philosophy, combining critical
thought with creative execution. He is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, branding, and
the future of the Caribbean.
When he’s not building companies or writing, he enjoys travel, philanthropy, and football.
