Jerry Blenman

Jerry DaC Blenman, Executive Director of the Caribbean Center for Organizational Excellence, is an experienced financial and business development analyst. He holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Services Management, from the University of Surrey, London, Professional Diplomas in Banking and Credit Union Management and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

His wealth of experience, exceeding 30 years in several technical, senior management, advisory and directorship capacities in banking and business, together with his knowledge, skills and wealth of experience in financial planning, business diagnostic assessments, process improvements, performance management and organizational transformation, has positioned him to be a key contributor to institutional reform and capacity building efforts within and beyond the Caribbean.

In his role as an experienced business and financial trainer facilitator Jerry has assisted both public and private sector entities within the Caribbean and as far as Africa, achieve a range of development strategies through training and coaching. He is the recipient of the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme’s award from the Government of Barbados, for his contribution to the training and development of Young Entrepreneurs in Barbados.

Mindful of challenges confronting varying sized organizations, particularly within the Caribbean, he augmented his financial and business advisory service in 2012 with the founding and establishment of the Caribbean Center for Organizational Excellence, for the purpose of helping organizations better manage and improve their operations using tested business excellence principles, risk mitigation models and continuous improvement methodologies.

Jerry an ISO 20700:2017 trained management consultant and past president of the Caribbean Institute of Certified Management Consultants-Barbados Chapter, is author of Beyond the Minimum: The Blue Book of Principles for Optimizing Organizational Excellence and Achieving High Performance as well as several business support and financial planning manuals.
