The business started with a focus on bullwhip kelp, a fast-growing and eco-friendly marine plant abundant in the clean waters of Alaska. One of the standout initiatives led by Jenn is the Kelp Replanting Program. For every jar of pickles sold, the program plants a bull kelp at an Alaskan kelp farm.
