Jessica Cavazos is the Co-Founder, COO, and Head of Strategic Accounts for NeuroRepublica, a Wisconsin-based company with agents in Houston, TX, and Tampa, FL. An award-winning, heart-centered leader, Jessica is dedicated to advancing economic equity for underserved communities. As a self-proclaimed Bori-Mex from a strong Puerto Rican and Mexican household, she brings a deep commitment to cultural and economic inclusion.

With over 20 years of experience in community development and economic inclusion programming, Jessica is a fierce funding magnet, investing in community-driven companies and empowering founders. As the Former Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Minority Business Development, she oversaw a $110 million portfolio in Capital Access Funds, championing policies that bolstered Latino businesses and emphasized the crucial role of chambers in fostering economic equity.
Jessica's expertise in government relations and policy advocacy has been instrumental in shaping federal policies to advance Latino equity and immigrant integration. Her strategic efforts have secured substantial investments, fostering environments where diverse communities thrive.

Under her leadership, the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce grew from $100,000 to over $10 million, securing $5 million in appropriations funding to support incubator programs for Latino businesses in Central Wisconsin.
