Jim Lefevere

Jim Lefevere is a globally recognized leader in life sciences and HealthTech, with more than two decades of experience driving digital transformation, commercialization, and strategic growth across the pharmaceutical, MedTech, and diagnostics industries. Throughout a 24-year career at Roche, Jim held multiple global leadership roles spanning marketing, digital health, product development, and medical affairs innovation.

At Roche, Jim led some of the company’s most transformative global initiatives, including a $127 million ROI enterprise-wide digital marketing transformation and the launch of 19 award-winning global campaigns. He pioneered the use of patient-centric marketing and introduced social media to the diagnostics industry, helping to reshape how the company engaged healthcare professionals, patients, and digital opinion leaders. His work delivered over $175 million in new revenue through digital-first go-to-market strategies and contributed to building Roche’s first global digital platforms for customer engagement and product support. Jim also played a key role in developing new business franchises and commercial ecosystems, leveraging real-world data, and digital technologies to support product innovation and chronic disease management.

Since leaving Roche in October 2024, Jim has focused his career on advising high-growth organizations at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation. He is the Founder and Principal of Genevius Health Advisors, a boutique consultancy that provides AI-powered commercialization strategy, go-to-market planning, product launch support, and revenue acceleration services for life sciences, biotech, and MedTech companies. Genevius distinguishes itself by offering not only strategic insight but also hands-on execution, helping clients turn complex challenges into measurable, scalable outcomes.

Jim also serves as fractional Chief Strategy Officer (Consultant) for Axonal.AI, an emerging leader in AI-powered medical affairs and evidence generation. In this role, he helps shape the company’s commercialization and product strategy, guiding their efforts to bring advanced analytics, predictive insights, and real-time data intelligence into medical communications and decision-making support for life sciences companies.
