Passionate by communication from Lycée Henri Sylvoz (Moanda), Jeff takes its first steps in in the world of communication in Radio Moanda as animator. After searching for a first professional experience in his field, this young Gabonese qualified in finance from National Institute of Management Sciences (INSG 2011) consolidates his communication skills integrating the radio Urban Fm (2012) as chronicler on in IT and Communication (ITC). To sustainably solve his problem of unemployement, he creates an IT and communication company with a special focus on technologies, methods and tools of communication.  Attracted by an ambitious sports-study project he joins Basketball Academy Club (BAC) a sportive and non profit association to wich he provides his experience of communication. Through close communication and sporting activities in disadvantaged areas « The Experts Libreville » (name to the operational team of BAC) built a awakening program of youth. Jeff contributes by using information and communication technologies to give awareness messages on the importance of education, team spirit and dynamism.  He co-created a tech-hub that allow young enthusiasts ICT to benefit from a cheap collaborative framework and excite young people about the possibilities offered by the Internet and communication technologies of information.
