EBAYE NTAN

Ebaye Ntan: Holds a (B. Sc) in International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife, Osun State, an LL.B, BL in Law, and a Masters in International Law & Diplomacy (MILD) degree from University of Lagos. He has extensive consulting and training expertise on Governance, Sustainable Development and Management from the Smithsonian Institute for Sustainable Development (USA), and Entrepreneurship Development Training from the Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies, Enugu State University of Science and Technology-Business School (ESUT) on ‘Effective Ways of Identifying and Choosing Profitable Businesses’. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Business Ethics Network of South Africa, Governance Policy Commission of the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG), the Nigerian Society of International Law (NSIL), Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators (APNM), and a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA) Nigeria, He deploys his consultancy and project management skills, in project scoping, planning and implementation. His training on Public Issues Forum Moderation, from the College of Dupage, Illinois, USA positions him for people management. He has worked with the West African NGO Network (WANGONeT) and headed the Human Rights Information Network (HURINET), an organization midwived by the British Council in Nigeria. He has consulted as Project Lead and Assistant Project Lead on World Bank Capacity Building Trainings for Civil Society Groups on Nigeria Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (NEITI). He served as a member of the Nigeria Vision: 2020:20 National Technical Working Group (NTWG) on Niger- Delta and Regional Development. He manages Maple Projects Oil and Gas Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer, and his real estate interest led to the start up operationalization of Legitimate Homes. He has legal experience and expertise in Oil and Gas, real estate, property and corporate law. He is the Principal Partner at Oakridge Chambers and holds legal retainer with several companies including Lakewood Properties and Investment Company Limited among others. He has also acquired management development training in the following areas; International Human Resource Management, Introduction to Project Management, Logistics and Procurement Management, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Introduction to Digital Communication and Team Management, Cyber Security and Personal Safety, Emergency & Disaster Response, Disaster Risk Reduction and Introduction to International Conflict Resolution.
