Jonathan Sterritt
Jonathan Sterritt is the Founder and CEO of Social Alignment LLC, an AI consulting firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and creators scale their authority through strategically aligned automation systems for content and operations. His path to AI consulting began in the creative industry, where he honed his skills in storytelling, brand voice, and authentic communication. Through extensive use and education in AI technologies, Jonathan discovered a critical insight: before businesses could successfully implement AI, they needed absolute clarity on their brand identity, messaging, and strategic processes.
This revelation led him to develop his Brand Authority Alignment System—a comprehensive framework for helping businesses structure their tone of voice, brand context, and messaging architecture to enable safe, effective AI approachability and implementation. Without this foundational alignment, AI tools often produce generic, off-brand content that undermines rather than amplifies authority.
Since 2017, Jonathan has mentored executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across business strategy, mindset development, and AI implementation, including executive coaching for the CEO and leadership team at Earth Breeze Laundry Sheets, as well as mentoring youth and business owners throughout the Henderson, Nevada community.
As the creator of SACOS™ (Social Alignment Content Operating System) and the ALIGN™ methodology (Assess, Leverage, Integrate, Generate, Navigate), Jonathan has developed proprietary frameworks that enable businesses to implement AI-powered content systems while maintaining perfect brand alignment and authentic voice. His consulting services span Brand Context Engineering, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation, AI avatar video production, and comprehensive workflow automation using cutting-edge tools including n8n, Sora 2, HeyGen, and advanced language models.
Jonathan's core philosophy centers on "alignment before automation"—ensuring that AI systems amplify human expertise rather than replace it. His approach combines creative precision with strategic brand positioning, helping clients achieve measurable results including 5-10x increases in content output, reduced production time, and sustained thought leadership across multiple platforms.
