My name is Jose Luis Martin, I am 47 years old. I am optimistic, eager to accept new challenges and to travel so
I can learn about other cultures and gain international working experience.
I always enjoyed cooking and the service industry. I thought that it would be interesting to study that career. I
soon realized that this was where I felt most comfortable and truly derived great satisfaction from my culinary
studies and subsequent work experience. I believe I have a clear advantage in what I do, as I had a vast
experience globally into the Luxury Hotel business (more than 15 years of Experience), not only in culinary
management, but also in the FOH department, where lately I’m involved, in others aspects such as, Design,
Projects, Restaurants renovations and concepts, working closely with the Ritz Carlton Corporate Team. All
these experiences gave me a solid foundation to achieve and exceed personal and business goals, based on
creating an exceptional work environment, where the professionalism, creativity and innovation are the most
important asset to continuously learn and growth. This also gave me the opportunity to be included in the
Marriott International F&B Council (CALA Region), as a Luxury Chairman for Culinary, witch I’m still member
off.
Given that cooking is an international art, and that hotel and service business is in a continuous change and egger
to seek innovation culture, I wish to get in touch with related activities in the Luxury Service professional
companies, to gain and transmit at the same time my own knowledge and experience for the mutual benefit of
both my professional growth and your organization. I will offer you all of my dedication, hard work, culinary
