   Julien de Windt is Co-Founder & Managing Director of Caribbean Education & Finance Group.(CEF). CEF is an organization with focus on Training, Coaching and Financial Education.Born, raised and studied on Curaçao and trained as Facilitator, Trainer and Advisor/Coach on Curaçao, in the United States of America and the Netherlands.He started his professional carreer consecutively as a teacher in primary school, special education and secondary education and as a Principal of a school for second chance education.Later he has specialized as schoolcounselor , prevention worker in mental healthnand facilitator in the field of personal, interpersonal, team and organizational development. He is now a certified facilitator of the methodology of Seven Habits of Highly Effective People of the former Covey Leadership Centre Inc, certified trainer of "Skills for Adolescence "of Lions-Quest Netherlands, certified trainer of "Low-Rope Course" of the University of Florida and Michigan and certified trainer of "Teen Triple P program" of the University of Queenland, Australia.Since 2007 he established as an independent facilitator and coach. Through his own experiences, literature research, his work with clients on various level in organizations, he is convinced that trust is the basis for effective communication and cooperation. That's the reason that"trust" is the guiding principle of all his training courses, workshops and coaching sessions.Since 2012 he also functions as the coach facilitator in the programs of Junior Achievement Curaçao, an organization that puts great emphasis on teaching children and youth entrepreneurial skills and attitude.His core competencies are creativity, empathy, sincerity, carefulness, purposefulness and perseverance.His hobbies: reading, singing, quality time with family, swimming, gardening and watching football games.
