Blerina Guga

Blerina Guga, CEO of Junior Achievement of Albania, counts 22 years of experience in the civil society and public sector in Albania, extensive work in project’s and program’s management and directing, Research & Development, strategic partnerships, grants and proposal writing, capacity building of local and central governmental sector institutions and CSOs. She is a senior trainer in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership and individual learning, critical thinking and public speaking. Formerly part of prestigious and dignified CSO and public institutions teams at Mission Without Borders – Albania, Mjaft! Movement, Partners Albania for Change and Development, Tirana Regional Council and Albanian Association of Regional Councils, she’s author of publication and research, as well as speaker of international conferences. Blerina joined team in April 2019, an organization that is a perfect mix of her passion and experience in long live learning with JAA’s mission and development pillars “Financial Education, Entrepreneurship and Work Readiness”.  Since January 2020, she is Chief Executive Officer of JAA.
