Juscelina Guirengane

Entrepreneur and ecosystem builder with 14+ years’ experience driving business growth, inclusive development, and project design across Africa. As founder of Sahane Consultoria & Serviços Lda and other ventures, I bring proven expertise in business management, sales growth, fundraising and partnerships, stakeholder engagement, mapping, GEDSI, strategies and sustainability solutions.

Worked with clients and partners such as EU, World Bank, USAID, GIZ, UNESCO, Oxfam, FCDO/DAI Global, Banks, OXFAM, Cement companies, and Government of Mozambique, to name a few, while also leading initiatives like the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE), Maputo National Park Friends’ Club and Mozambique-USA Alumni Association (MUSAA).

Currently completing my MBA in Marketing, I also serve as Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN) Ambassador for Mozambique, and am an alumna of the Mandela Washington Fellowship and Global Women in Management. Featured in Forbes Africa, I combine entrepreneurial insight with international perspective to create long-term impact and open new pathways for collaboration.
