Justin Brown

Justin is the Managing Director of Endeavor Midwest, the leading global growth network bringing capital, talent, and customers to our most promising and fastest scaling companies.
He is also the Managing Partner of Louisville, KY-based Bespoke Production Capital, a senior alternative credit lender. Over 20-years, he has directly lent, borrowed, or structured over $1bn of senior debt, more than $100mm of private credit, and more than $100mm of various tax credits and incentives.
Prior to starting Endeavor, he worked in real estate lending at Bank of America and investment banking at J.P. Morgan before coming home to Louisville, KY to help grow his family’s real estate development firm, The Marian Group.
While at Marian, he was primarily responsible for developing and implementing Marian’s growth strategy, new business and project development, and spearheading the company’s financing and fundraising needs.
He did his undergraduate work at the University of South Carolina and received his MBA from Georgetown University. He still lives in Louisville and loves supporting Entrepreneurs, his City, his Commonwealth, film, finance, Indycars, obscure history facts, old video games, cooking, and a long pour of Kentucky bourbon at the end of the day.
