He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Diploma in Food Engineering, combining technical expertise with a passion for social development. As an instructor and founder, he has spearheaded various initiatives aimed at enhancing vocational education in Bangladesh, particularly in the fields of food processing, ICT, and business management.

Abul Kalam has been a key figure in advancing the vocational education sector in Bangladesh, notably through his leadership role as the Founder President of the Vocational Teachers Association. He has also served in significant positions such as the ICT and Research Secretary at the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, and has been involved in the development of national educational policies, curriculum reforms, and technical training programs. Additionally, he founded several educational institutions that have played a vital role in providing quality education and skill development opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs.

His work spans across several sectors, including education, ICT, research, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder Director of Synergy Computer Training Institute and Donia Technical and Business Management College, he has contributed to the professional development of numerous students, preparing them for the challenges of the global economy. Moreover, his involvement in community activities, such as founding a public library, demonstrates his commitment to social welfare and community engagement.
